Thin‑section bearings are high‑precision components featuring low noise and high load capacity. Three main designs are available with compact, mostly square cross‑sections. Within each series the cross‑section remains unchanged even for larger shaft and housing bores, hence they are also called constant‑section (CS) bearings.
